Gurit Kaur is a passionate trainer who is committed to making learning enjoyable, fun and interactive. She has a unique ability to relate to people from all walks of life while also customising her training approaches to meet the needs of individual, adult learners. Her experience as a banking consultant in New Zealand saw her excel in customer relationship management and honed her skills in the call centre industry, which paved the way for her entrance into training and development.
Her training experience is diverse and covers a range of industries including banking, business process outsourcing, customer service and education services in countries across Asia including Australia, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, India, Abu Dhabi and Singapore. Gurit’s areas of specialisation in training are Train the Trainer, HR certification, Customer Service Skills, Management Development programmes and more. Her professional experience has further been enhanced through her involvement with a project team of internal auditors working towards achieving ISO standards.
Gurit Kaur holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, a Diploma in TESOL and is a Certified Support Professional with The Service & Support Professional Association (USA). She has also successfully completed her Certificate of Training Practice (CTP) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK. She is accredited as a Training Professional (ATP) by the Institute of Leadership and Management UK (ILM) besides being certified as a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and NLP Coaching.
