Jamuna Karmehen

Jamuna Karmehen is a dynamic and results-oriented corporate trainer and consultant with over 19 years of experience in sales, marketing, training, learning & development, human resources and coaching. She started her professional career with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a medical sales representative where she consistently achieved sales targets through the application of effective selling skills and by leveraging on the product knowledge to identify customer needs. From there, she was promoted to sales trainer where she was responsible for training and coaching the field force team and their managers to enhance their competencies. She has gone on to work with different clients in various industries including sales, healthcare, oil & gas, finance & insurance, telecommunications, and hospitality as well as with private institutions, government-linked bodies and NGOs.

Jamuna is also the creator of the POWER Pack Presentation Workshop, which was designed to bring out the great presenter in each individual and she has won the best project award for ‘Ideas Thinking Out of the Box’ at a global level. Jamuna’s strength in doing presentations was further enhanced by her achieving the Competent Toastmaster status and winning contests such as Table Topics, Humour Speech & Evaluation Speech. Her greatest accomplishment was winning the Top Trainer Award for two years in a row. She is also a Certified Yellow Belt Trainer for Continuous Improvement as well as a Certified Trainer from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), UK.

She is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Time Line Therapy (ABNLP), Hypnosis; and a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP Coaching (Australia). Jamuna has empowered various clients in the sales, healthcare, oil & gas, insurance, telecommunications, hotel, finance, government, private and NGOs. Her approach to training is engaging with high levels of energy and always including elements of fun.
