Established in 2008 in Kuala Lumpur by Sheila Singam and the late KP Waran, Human Equation was founded on a principle that sounds simple — but is rarely acted upon: people are the most important asset in any organisation.

Sheila Singam
Founder and Principal Consultant
Sheila Singam is a catalyst for change with a lifelong passion for helping others unleash their latent potential. Her career is a testament to the power of transformation, having successfully transitioned from a Mathematics educator to a journalist, and ultimately to a leading corporate training and communications consultant.
With over 30 years of cross-functional experience, Sheila believes that true growth begins with a shift in mindset. For the past 15 years, she has partnered with MNCs, government agencies, and SMEs to deliver high-impact programs that seamlessly blend Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with contemporary behavioral theories.
The Academic & Technical Foundation
Sheila’s approach is rooted in logic and enhanced by human-centric innovation. She holds an Honours Degree in Mathematics and Chemistry and a Diploma in Education, providing her with a unique analytical lens for solving complex organizational “equations.”

Our team provides support for your grant applications and documentation to ensure a seamless reimbursement process.
How does Human Equation customise training for specific industry challenges?
We do not believe in “off-the-shelf” solutions; every engagement begins with a Strategic Diagnostic. Does your training include post-program support to ensure the learning sticks?
Yes. We provide Follow-Up Coaching and implementation checklists to ensure long-term retention.
